Dr. Kent Morley

Dr. Kent Morley is proud to call Properties his home and takes great pride in excellent patient care as our Medical Director. Dr. Morley is a well-known and respected veterinarian in Calgary, with special interests in diagnostic imaging, dentistry and general surgery.

Dr. Kankayaliyan (Kangai) Thillaiyampalam

Kangai was born and raised in Sri Lanka and graduated as a veterinarian from the University of Peradeniya, in 2008. He enjoys helping pets who can’t express themselves and likes the challenges and satisfaction of succeeding with difficult cases. He has particular interests in surgery (special interest in orthopaedic surgery), diagnostic imaging (ultrasound), and dentistry.

Amanda has been a Fear-Free certified Veterinary Technical Assistant since 2021. She completed the VTA program at Olds College.

Maira Guzman

Maira has had a passion for animals for as long as she can remember and enjoys pet sitting all animals, from dogs and cats to rodents and reptiles. Maira is excited to
join the Properties team and hopes to eventually continue her education in the field to become an RVT.

Alex Qually

With aspirations of becoming an RVT, Alex enrolled in the program at Penfoster to further her knowledge in veterinary medicine, after graduating from the Robertson College VOTA program. She is living the dream and loving it.

Khaim Randev

Khaim was born and raised in Calgary and has loved animals since she was little. She started as a vet tech/receptionist before expanding her career. Khaim is also a certified wildlife rehabilitator.

Erin started working with animals in 2016 as a pet groomer before falling in love with veterinary medicine. Her hobbies include playing hockey and music.

Animal Health Technologist

Lindsay graduated from Olds College in 2019. She works part-time in the Behaviour Department at the Calgary Humane Society. Her passion is in canine behaviour.

Since joining the veterinary industry in 2013, Ruth knew caring for animals was something she wanted to do for the rest of her life. Having worked in various veterinary clinics and a doggy daycare throughout the years, she has gained valuable skills and experience that she’s excited to build upon at Properties Animal Clinic.
